As the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) for the City of Santa Clara, the Santa Clara Fire Department Hazardous Materials Division is authorized to ensure that businesses which are impacted by the State Above Ground Storage Tank regulations have a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan in place. The Santa Clara Fire Department Hazardous Materials Division currently has available an informational brochure from the state concerning this program. The brochure may be obtained at our office at 1675 Lincoln Street in Santa Clara. The brochure may also be mailed to you through the U.S. Postal Service.
